From the first deposition to testimony at trial, preparing witnesses to effectively communicate testimony is one of the most important and effective strategies a trial team can utilize to ensure success in the courtroom. 

Because a party’s narrative is primarily communicated through its witnesses, communication training and preparation for witnesses is a primary focus at Powdermaker Consulting.  How those witnesses communicate that information, both verbally and non-verbally are imperative to a successful outcome.  Our communication training is born from communication sciences, psychology, and years of experience and research derived directly from jurors.  We have learned what jurors deem as persuasive and believable in witness testimony. This understanding of what factors influence jurors to believe one witness over another is what makes our training unique and impactful.
