Post-Trial Interviews.

Who doesn’t want to know what the jurors thought of a case? A verdict is a decision, but how they got to that decision is typically an unknown.  What were the case points that stuck out to the jurors? What witnesses were most influential and which ones were not and why? What did they think of our corporate rep? So many questions…why not find the answers? Win or lose, jurors’ feedback is invaluable. Jurors typically share their opinions openly and honestly with us.  We tailor a questionnaire to your case and ask the questions that are important to you.

If there is a chance a case could be re-tried or a similar case is pending, jurors’ views on case facts and certain witnesses will be important. Maybe you’re using an expert witness in another trial? If so, feedback on that witness would definitely be advantageous. Many attorneys find the feedback provided by jurors after a trial helpful in their own professional growth as they learn from the jurors’ opinions regarding their style, approach and delivery.
