Focus Groups.

Focus groups, like mock trials, are not only designed to identify case themes that will resonate with jurors, but also to test themes, narratives and witnesses.  Focus groups are designed similarly to mock trials, but typically utilize less mock jurors and do not include deliberations.  Focus groups include plaintiff and defendant presentations, some limited witness testimony, and a focus group session.  

Like mock trials, focus groups are tailored to each unique case and can be modified to meet most needs.
