Shadow Juries.

Shadow juries are an invaluable way to gain real time feedback on a daily basis during trial.  Shadow jurors are demographically matched with the actual jurors and are in the courtroom every moment the actual jury is. Shadow jurors provide daily feedback to our consultant on all aspects of the trial. This includes attorney feedback, witness feedback, case strengths and weaknesses, as well as identifying questions or holes they see in the case.  The information provided by the shadow jurors is analyzed and provided to the trial team nightly to be utilized as insight into how the actual jurors may be viewing the case issues. The feedback provided helps drive the strategy for all aspects of a trial.
